Job summary

Teach For All in the United States seeks a dynamic leader to drive AI LCC programming, build international partnerships, and grow a global educator community across multiple platforms. The role focuses on ethical AI, learning circles, and innovative content creation to engage educators and partners worldwide.

You will collaborate across time zones and cultures, steward partnerships with frontier AI firms, and measure impact through community health metrics and multimedia outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing program delivery or scaling digital communities.
• Hands-on experience with foundation models (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney).
• Practical prompt engineering skills.
• Experience with distributed or facilitative leadership models.
• Experience developing technology or AI partnerships.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work across global, cross-cultural, multi-time-zone contexts.
• Valid work and residency authorization in the United States.
