Job summary

Oligo is building a manufacturing-in-the-loop foundation model to automate spacecraft design and production worldwide. We’re hiring a Software Engineer with ML/AI background to advance core algorithms for generative design, simulation-aware geometry, and multi-domain system optimization.

You’ll work with spacecraft engineers and flight software developers to build AI that designs rather than just simulates, contributing to large-scale language and vision-language models trained on real systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Masters in CS/ML/Engineering or final semester.
• 2+ years building advanced ML systems.
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow).
• Experience with one or more: Vision–language models, RL, or ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Construct multi‑agent AI systems that simulate and redesign spacecraft configurations.
• Contribute to automated model training using flight data and simulations.
• Build and fine‑tune LLMs and VLMs to parse technical documents into subsystem constraints.
• Develop models to detect contradictions or gaps in requirement sets.
