Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly organized sourcing and program professional to support vendor onboarding and contracting execution. You will connect sourcing managers, business partners, and vendors—from selection through to a signed contract and a live program, with ongoing supplier management and compliance once the program goes live.

Formación

• BS/BA degree.
• 4+ years outsourcing or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven contract negotiations and vendor relationship management.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills beyond rates (volume discounts, SLAs, quality thresholds).
• Program management experience with stakeholders, cross-functional groups, and third parties.
• Highly organized, structured thinker; able to synthesize complex information for exec-ready summaries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company.
• Manage vendor performance and governance with the business.
