Job summary

Nex-Tech is seeking an AI Solutions Strategist to turn AI possibilities into real business results. This role focuses on business problems, not software development, and drives adoption of AI tools across the organization.

You’ll partner with teams to identify inefficiencies, evaluate AI options, piloting solutions, and deploying them to deliver measurable impact while balancing security and responsible use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of business analysis, process improvement, or tech-implementation experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI to solve real business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand workflows and uncover inefficiencies.
• Identify where AI, automation, or process improvements can make work easier and more effective.
• Recommend, configure, pilot, and help deploy approved AI solutions.
• Help Nex-Tech get the most value from tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Salesforce, Certinia, ADP, Calix, and emerging AI technologies.
• Evaluate new AI tools based on value, cost, security, scalability, and business fit.
• Help employees understand how to use AI effectively and responsibly.
• Create reusable AI resources, playbooks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner across departments to move AI ideas from problem to solution to measurable results.

Salary Range: $96,804.00 To $121,005.00 Annually

This isn't a software developer role. It's a business problem-solving role powered by AI.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Work with teams to understand workflows and uncover inefficiencies.

Education and Experience:
