Responsibilities include training employees, creating prompts and workflows, and assisting with AI security and privacy measures within a 8AM-5PM schedule at $65,000–$73,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of AI and automation concepts.
• Experience with IT systems, data analytics, or process improvement preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration services required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of AI platforms.
• Develops prompts, templates, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions under supervision.
• Creates training materials and conducts user training on approved AI tools.
• Maintains documentation and ensures AI governance and security practices.
