Job summary

T12 Technologies LLC, based in Baltimore, seeks an AI Solutions Architect for a part-time, remote role to shape cutting-edge AI strategies and deliver innovative AI solutions. You will design scalable architectures, guide model deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong ML/DL/NLP expertise, hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and the ability to mentor teams while working independently in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect or similar senior role.
• Strong proficiency in ML, DL, NLP, and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns.
• Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries/frameworks.
• Excellent communication to present concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Able to work part-time and independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Knowledge of Anthropic and its implementation by the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Evaluate AI frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker).
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into AI roadmaps.
• Oversee model development, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Ensure AI solutions meet data governance, security and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on AI/ML best practices.
