Job summary

IBM is seeking a Project Manager Intern - Entry Level Sales Program 2027 in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This internship offers exposure to IBM's AI and Hybrid Cloud portfolio and hands-on coaching in how to deploy and adopt IBM software with client partners.

You will collaborate with product managers and development teams to design MVPs, demonstrate IBM solutions as a product SME, and participate in architectural discussions aligned with partner needs.

Responsibilities

• Understanding an IBM Partner's technical needs: Understand partner primary needs and establish yourself as a trusted technical expert for their migration, deployment, and adoption of IBM's AI and Hybrid Cloud offerings.
• Developing AI Solutions: Using your engineering skills to code/ build MVPs using python, open source frameworks, RedHat and IBM product portfolio (will learn on the job). These solution demos can also be packaged as assets on a portal created specifically for engaging partners through a Digital channel.
• Leading Persuasive Technical Conversations: Lead technical discussions that persuade partners to act based on their requirements and the value provided by IBM's solutions.
• Deploying and Developing Enterprise Applications: Performing hands-on engineering activities to install, develop, train, deploy, configure and run latest IBM AI technologies in a partner's dev or production environment.
• Contribute to Use Case Exploration and Business Framing: Be a key contributor to use case exploration and business framing workshops, develop client value realization models.
