You will serve as product owner for an engineering team, driving a roadmap that includes AI-powered self-service, agent support tools, and automated resolution workflows.
The role requires hands-on product leadership, discovery with service and platform teams, and production-grade prompt engineering for customer-facing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Demonstrated experience defining, deploying, and iterating on AI-enabled solutions and automations.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI in Customer Operations.
- Lead discovery with service and platform stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Define PRDs, user stories, and specs for AI-driven capabilities including prompts and configurations.
- Build production-ready prompts, evaluate AI quality, and drive lifecycle releases.
