You will collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and subject-matter experts to build packaged offerings, 12–18 month roadmaps, and hands-on labs, ensuring measurable learner and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in curriculum development, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience launching packaged AI solutions for SaaS/ tech environments.
• Ability to design blended learning with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the expert POV for AI-focused solutions and portfolio value.
• Define target audiences, problems, outcomes, and program architecture.
• Develop messaging, courses, labs, assessments, and program mgmt.
• Provide learning direction to curriculum teams and objectives.
• Maintain a 12–18 month portfolio roadmap and updates.
