Job summary

EOS, a world market leader in industrial 3D printing, is seeking a Data Intelligence Team member in Krailling with remote options. You will translate business needs into AI initiatives, oversee pilots through production, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and governance.

You’ll collaborate with the AI COE, ensure bias mitigation, security, and GDPR compliance, and help colleagues build AI literacy, fostering a culture of learning and innovation across EOS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics or Data Science.
• Several years of experience in AI/ML with deployment from concept to production.
• Proven knowledge in data engineering and ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, data ethics, and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic AI opportunities bridging business and technical teams.
• Lead AI initiatives from pilot to production.
• Scale AI capabilities across EOS for company-wide adoption.

Your Mission

• Identify strategic AI opportunities: You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify use cases and build AI-powered applications that alleviate pain points, generate value, and drive impact.
• Lead AI initiatives: You prioritize and oversee the evaluation, development, and deployment of AI solutions from pilot to production.
• Scale AI capabilities: You help drive company-wide adoption of AI tools and technologies, including LLMs, generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Ensure AI governance: You collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (COE) and support in implementing scalable and reliable data systems and frameworks, ensuring bias mitigation, security, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Enable others: You support colleagues across EOS in developing AI literacy, thus fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Your Talents

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Data Science, or similar
• Several years of experience in AI/ML, with a track record of successfully implementing initiatives from concept to production
• Profound knowledge in data engineering and infrastructure
• Familiarity with MLOps practices
• Understanding of responsible AI, data ethics, security, and regulatory frameworks
• Skilled at aligning diverse project teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
