Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking an IT Manager of AI Solutions Engineering to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy. You will lead the team delivering scalable AI capabilities, establish standards, frameworks, and reusable solutions, and partner across business and IT to drive AI adoption.

You will work on governance, cost management, and measurable outcomes while ensuring safe, scalable AI adoption across the organization. Join a team driving significant business impact through AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering, product management, or AI-related roles.
• Experience building and governing AI solutions on Azure/Copilot or similar.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI direction into a prioritized roadmap with stakeholder input.
• Recruit and develop founding AI talent and establish operating practices.
• Steward enterprise AI program lifecycle, adoption, cost, safety and measurable value.
• Deliver practical AI solutions to solve operational problems.
• Build reusable AI patterns and guardrails for enterprise use.
• Collaborate with data, security, and governance teams to ensure secure AI.
