Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with business units, translate needs into AI solution designs, and build production-ready AI agents and workflows. You will design, test, and improve solutions using modern AI platforms, ensuring measurable business impact.

In this role, you will establish success metrics, collaborate with data, security, and technology teams, and help deploy scalable, responsible AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, or automations using generative AI platforms, APIs, low-code tools, or development frameworks.
• 5-7+ years experience solving business problems through process improvement, consulting, business analysis, operations, or a similar role.
• Basic programming or scripting capability (Python, JavaScript, SQL) with experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or service design.
• Experience evaluating AI systems (test cases, quality measurement, prompt iteration, monitoring) and applying responsible AI practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand goals, processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, build, and iterate AI agents, copilots, automations, and workflow integrations.
• Define success metrics and evaluation approaches; test for accuracy, usefulness, safety, and UX; monitor production adoption.
