Job summary

P3 Adaptive is hiring an AI Solutions Developer to build AI applications across client engagements, our own products, and reusable tools for consultants.

You'll partner with clients and the consultants who know their data, work through the problem together, and build the software that solves it, whether that’s an agent that answers questions about company data or an app that takes a repetitive task off someone’s plate.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of software development experience, including maintaining applications after launch.
• Experience building web applications with React and TypeScript, including connecting interfaces to APIs.
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Solid programming fundamentals; comfortable with Git and tracing problems.
• Understanding of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric concepts; cloud services basics.

Responsibilities

• Leading client conversations to understand business problems and translate into build work.
• Keep projects on track, raise risks early, manage milestones, and flag scope changes.
• Train client teams to own and run the solutions you build.
• Identify next problems for clients and bring them to the account team.
• Demonstrate solutions to colleagues and clients and explain how they work.
