Qualifications

• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript with end-to-end solution building.
• Strong SQL skills for relational data, joins, and reshaping data.
• Experience with APIs to move and transform business data.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal tools, dashboards, and automations for Collections, Compliance, Legal, and HR.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into workflows (document analysis, intake triage, drafting support, reporting).
• Build integrations with the collections platform and other internal/vendor systems via APIs.
