Job summary

Genesis Credit Management seeks a developer who bridges software and applied AI to design, build, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows for a regulated financial-services operation. You’ll work with Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure compliant, auditable solutions.

You will design end-to-end tools, integrate AI capabilities, and maintain integrations with our platforms and vendor systems, while prioritizing data security and governance in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Practical coding proficiency across end-to-end solutions.
• Strong SQL for data querying, joining, and transformation.
• Experience integrating third-party and platform APIs.
• Hands-on automation and workflow tooling experience.
• Direct experience with AI/LLM tools and APIs and evaluating usefulness.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines and developer automation.
• Version control experience with Git.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal tools, dashboards, and automations for operations across multiple teams.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into workflows (document analysis, triage, drafting, reporting).
• Build and maintain integrations with collections platforms and internal/vendor systems via APIs.
• Prototype rapidly, gather feedback, and turn prototypes into maintained tools.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Document tools and ensure they are supportable and auditable.
