Job summary

Broccoli AI in Lehi, Utah, is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to help customers adopt and operate Broccoli in their day-to-day workflows. This highly technical, customer-facing role requires comfort troubleshooting complex issues and partnering across teams to improve product quality and outcomes.

You’ll work with Engineering and Customer Success to resolve problems quickly, surface recurring patterns, and scale support processes as Broccoli grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to work through ambiguous technical issues.
• Experience reading logs and using ticketing tools like Zendesk.
• Comfort communicating with customers throughout issue resolution.
• Interest in AI and fast-moving environments where AI is central.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues across product, workflow, and support queues
• Troubleshoot using logs, SQL, and debugging workflows
• Investigate AI agent, call flow, and platform integration issues
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to report bugs and patterns
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Help define and improve support processes and docs
• Support a range of customers from SMB to enterprise
• Contribute to a strong customer experience with speed and quality
