Job summary

Nucor Corporation is growing its Enterprise Software Engineering team and seeking AI Solutions Engineers to design, build, and operate internal AI-enabled tools and platforms used across the enterprise. You will write production code, define standards for high-quality AI outputs, and ensure reliability, security, and scalability with governance.

Travel up to 25% for benchmarking, knowledge sharing, and internal sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in a technical role (Software/AI/Systems).
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-enabled internal tools and platforms across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain an AI code generation platform used by developers.
• Write and review production code following enterprise standards.
