Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to deliver AI-enabled finance and accounting services for a variety of clients. You will design and implement intelligent, autonomous solutions that streamline workflows and integrate with enterprise systems.

You will work with AWS, AI tools, and modern development stacks to optimize token efficiency and performance while collaborating with clients and teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing applications in a cloud-based environment (AWS).
• Hands-on experience designing and developing AI/Agent-based solutions with MCP servers on Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and integrating with LLM provider APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to scope, design, and build applications and infrastructure components for hosting solutions.
• Develop utilities, data fixes, and page-level customizations to support implementations and internal initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff, external vendors, and customer development teams.
