Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and build AI-enabled solutions for finance and accounting clients. You will collaborate with teams to scope and implement cloud-based applications, leveraging AWS and Bedrock tech to optimize performance and token efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years experience building applications in a cloud-based AWS environment.
• Hands-on AI/Agent-based solution design and development experience.
• Experience integrating data between systems via APIs.
• Strong Python and JavaScript development skills; PHP/NodeJS/React a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to scope, design, and build applications for hosting solutions.
• Develop utilities, data fixes, and page-level customizations in Sage Intacct.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and external vendors.
• Invest in professional development through firm-wide programs.
• Support growth and development of team members per Baker TillyCare and Teach philosophy.
