You will work with a small expert team to develop AI agents that significantly improve customer workflows. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, involving 5 days a week in-office work. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in engineering, with a strong focus on applied AI and backend architecture.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of engineering experience with strong applied AI and backend depth.
• Experience building and shipping AI applications in production.
• Strong understanding of agent architectures and evals.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with enterprise customers as part of a deployment team.
• Define AI-driven solutions based on real business needs.
