• Experience operating in environments with data privacy, governance, or regulatory considerations.

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives—from initial intake through production rollout.
• Drive progress through short, iterative cycles with a focus on speed and impact.
• Guide small, cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, analysts, and technical teams to prioritize high-value use cases.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and results in clear, business-friendly terms.
• Serve as a connector between technical solutions and real-world operational needs.
• Ensure solutions integrate effectively across enterprise systems (CRM, data platforms, learning systems).
• Work alongside data and governance teams to support responsible and secure AI adoption.
• Help mature data practices and readiness to enable scalable AI.
• Promote practical use of AI tools across teams to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Support leaders and end users in integrating AI into daily operations.
