Position Summary:

In the AI Solution Architect position, you’ll design and deliver scalable, AI‑powered solutions that solve complex customer and business problems. You’ll act as a technical leader, connecting engineering, product, and customer‑facing teams to accelerate innovation and value delivery. This role blends hands‑on technical work with strategic thinking, customer collaboration and architectural leadership.

What you’ll do and impact:

• Design and deliver scalable AI‑powered architectures that solve real customer problems and align with business strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, guiding solution decisions with credibility and clarity.
• Translate ambiguous customer challenges into clear technical requirements and proof‑of‑concept prototypes.
• Partner with engineering, product and operations teams to ensure AI solutions are maintainable, sustainable and future‑forward.
• Stay hands‑on with emerging technologies and continuously evaluate new tools and techniques to keep solutions cutting‑edge.
• Document and evolve architectural standards and best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to grow internal capabilities in AI.
• Support business development efforts by articulating AI solution value to customers and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with demonstrated success delivering customer‑facing solutions.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or mentorship role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data systems and system integration.
• Proven experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs (e.g., performance, scalability, cost, cloud vs. on‑prem).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and iterative product development.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Additional Items of Interest:

• Familiarity with state‑of‑the‑art AI frameworks and LLMs, such as LangChain, Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience working directly with customers or cross‑functional leadership teams.
• Exposure to MLOps, AIOps or responsible AI frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 10%.
