Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA, is seeking an AI Requirements Engineer to lead end-to-end design, development, and O&M of AI-enabled platforms and enterprise apps in a hybrid office setting. Qualifications

• Elicit, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Backlog management and user story prioritization.
• Experience across all SDLC phases: concept to production to O&M.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, requirements definition, and delivery of AI solutions.
• Define program vision and roadmaps while balancing stakeholder priorities.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams, leadership, and customers; translate needs into requirements.
• Elicit and validate requirements, data flows, AI model integration, and security requirements.
• Maintain prioritized backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for timely feature delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for API and COTS integrations.
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, testing, and production deployment.
• Ensure design of workflows, UI/UX improvements, data integrations, and back-end processes.
• Monitor performance, coordinate UAT, and drive iterative improvements.
• Oversee ongoing operations, maintenance, and annual release cycles.
