Job summary

Armis is seeking skilled AI builders to join the Strategic Initiatives Center of Excellence in San Francisco, shaping AI-native solutions such as agents, assistants, and reusable skills to advance our security mission.

You will train and deploy frontier-model-based systems, ensuring rigorous evaluation, secure design, and production readiness. This is a builder role focused on practical, impact-driven AI deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering real AI solutions — agents, assistants, copilots, or skills — that shipped and were used.
• Hands-on use of modern agent frameworks and developer tooling and the ability to choose appropriate tools for a given task.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize AI agents, assistants, and reusable skills to solve real problems for Armis and customers.
• Turn ideas into MVPs quickly and collaborate with engineering to harden them into reliable, production-grade systems.
• Incorporate evaluation from the start: define metrics, measure quality, safety, and reliability before and after deployment.
• Create agentic workflows that are secure by design with appropriate isolation, guardrails, and controls.
• Select and integrate the right frameworks, tools, and models for each job, and build reusable patterns for the COE.
• Participate in the COE Consult team to support across the organization.
• Document what you build, including usage, operation, and evaluation.
