Job summary

HARMAN is seeking an AI-focused professional to drive hands-on delivery of Generative AI for Digital HR and HR Business Partners. You will architect, develop, and maintain production-grade AI systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and analytics, integrated with enterprise HR data products across Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft ecosystems.

You will advise HR stakeholders on AI opportunities, risks, and implementation options, building prototypes and production solutions such as

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software or data products with ML, LLMs, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and guardrails for enterprise use.
• Experience designing AI-powered HR solutions and data governance.
• Experience communicating complex AI concepts to HR leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Solve HR business problems with AI in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted AI consultant, outlining opportunities, risks and options.
• Build end-to-end AI-enabled HR solutions including copilots and case workflows.
• Evaluate AI tools across platforms, focusing on fit, value and feasibility.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and agentic workflows for HR data.
• Create analytics and visualizations from integrated HR data products.
