Job summary

HARMAN is seeking a Solution Architect / Agent Builder (P4) to design and enable AI-powered business solutions across the organization. You will translate opportunities into scalable architectures, create reusable blueprints, and lead technical guidance from design to deployment.

This senior IC role collaborates with stakeholders, product teams, and platform teams to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of reusable solution blueprints, reference implementations, and domain-specific solution patterns.
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape use cases, assess feasibility, define requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews and architecture assessments to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and platform capabilities.
• Define integration designs connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business workflows.
• Collaborate with platform, architecture, security, and engineering teams to drive adoption of reusable patterns and best practices.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reference solutions that accelerate delivery and reduce implementation risk.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from design through deployment and operationalization.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, AI-driven process improvements, and reusable solution components across business domains.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches to improve enterprise solution capabilities.
