Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery with solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI/LLM solutions.
• Hands-on software engineering in Python and modern stack.
• Translate business problems into measurable use cases and architecture decisions.
• Experience with prompt design, model evaluation, and tool integrations.
• Strong enterprise data architecture knowledge and data-access controls.
• Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers and performing architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and prioritize AI opportunities by value, feasibility, risk, and adoption.
• Create platform-neutral solution blueprints for generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, and automation.
• Develop end-to-end designs for model interaction, data access, APIs, and observability.
• Build or guide PoCs to validate feasibility, value, quality, and risks.
• Provide design walkthroughs, reference patterns, and code guidance throughout delivery.
• Assess cloud AI services, foundational models, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Embed privacy, security, auditability, and governance into architecture and gates.
• Present decisions and progress to engineering leaders, stakeholders, and executives.
• Create reusable assets, guardrails, and playbooks for faster future delivery.
