Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise AI Strategy & GTM Execution team. This is a technical pre-sales role working with AI Solutions Executives to design and deliver AI solutions for customers.

The role requires 10+ years in technical pre-sales or related fields, hands-on AI/ML infrastructure design, and strong knowledge of NVIDIA DGX/HGX, CUDA, and AI Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or advanced engineering roles at a solutions provider, OEM, cloud provider, or consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience designing AI/ML infrastructure and platforms.
• Working knowledge of NVIDIA DGX/HGX systems, CUDA, AI Enterprise software suite, and partner integration patterns.
• Experience with AI workloads across on-premises, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into business-relevant narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical counterpart to the AI Solutions Executive in all customer-facing engagements.
• Translate customer business problems into AI solution architectures spanning GPU/compute, data platforms, AI/ML frameworks, networking, storage, and application layers.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer engineering and data science teams, and produce reference architectures, BoMs, sizing models, and POC plans that drive decision-making and inform commercial proposals.
• Partner with WWT's Advanced Technology Center to design and execute lab environments, benchmarks, and customer immersion sessions that validate proposed AI architectures.
• Maintain deep technical currency across the NVIDIA ecosystem (DGX/HGX, CUDA, AI Enterprise, NeMo, Omniverse) and work directly with NVIDIA resources on GPU design validation, NVAIE integration, and configuration optimization.
• Ensure proposed architectures are technically feasible, accurately scoped, and clearly documented for a clean transition to services and engineering teams.
