Job summary

Litera in Denver, CO, is hiring an AI Composer to transform AI concepts into practical automations, copilots, and intelligent workflows that drive measurable business impact. You will partner with stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and deliver AI-enabled solutions.

You will build scalable AI applications, integrate capabilities into existing systems, and ensure security and governance best practices.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience developing software applications, automation solutions, AI-enabled technologies, or business process workflows.
Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development tools.
Experience developing solutions using Python, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry, or similar platforms.
Background in backend IT operations, including Azure administration, web hosting, identity management, and support of enterprise AI platforms.
Experience integrating applications and services through APIs, connectors, and cloud-based technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve business efficiency and employee productivity.
Identify high-value automation opportunities across the organization and deliver impactful AI-enabled solutions.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, applications, and workflows.
Build and maintain scalable AI applications, automations, and integrations.
Leverage generative AI, copilots, and workflow technologies to simplify processes and improve user experiences.
Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, and compliant with governance and data privacy standards.
Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and optimization of AI-enabled solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend new capabilities that create business value.
