Job summary

MJK Connections in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to independently develop, test, and maintain AI-driven solutions across the Credit Union. You will lead AI projects, implement intelligent automation tools, and collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Member Experience teams to ensure compliant deployment.

The role requires 3+ years in AI/automation, chatbot design, and data-driven solutions, with familiarity in financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience developing or managing AI, automation, or data-driven solutions.
Experience with chatbot design, workflow automation, or applied ML preferred.
Familiarity with credit union or financial services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Independently design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that streamline operations across departments.
Build and maintain automation models and workflows using generative AI, NLP, and process automation tools.
Evaluate and implement AI models that enhance decision support and member engagement.
Maintain documentation and monitor AI model performance for reliability and compliance.
Collaborate with business units to identify, test, and implement AI use cases with measurable value.
Serve as administrator for chatbot platforms and ensure quality user experiences.
