You will sit at the intersection of consulting, AI enablement, business process, and technology to maximize the value of enterprise AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini. You will work with consultants and business leaders to identify high‑impact workflow opportunities, prototype AI solutions, and scale capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis, technology consulting, AI enablement, or solution analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or Gemini and advanced AI solutions.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for enterprise AI platforms and guide on capabilities and use cases.
• Partner with consulting teams to discover and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Prototype, test, and standardize AI workflows and prompts.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering to scale validated concepts.
• Lead AI enablement initiatives, trainings, and governance guidance.
• Establish quality frameworks and risk mitigation for AI outputs.
• Track AI adoption, productivity gains, and business impact.
