Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks an AI Solution Analyst to join the Business Consulting team. You will work at the intersection of consulting, AI enablement, business process, and technology to maximize value from enterprise AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini.

You will prototype AI solutions, drive enablement, and scale repeatable capabilities across our global consulting organization while partnering with consultants and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IS, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis, technology consulting, or AI enablement.
• Experience with generative AI platforms and validating AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for enterprise AI platforms and guide platform selection.
• Partner with consulting teams to discover and prioritize AI opportunities across workflows.
• Prototype, test, and standardize AI concepts, prompts, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering to scale concepts into enterprise apps and integrations.
• Lead AI enablement initiatives, including workshops, training, and change management.
• Establish quality frameworks and test cases to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
• Track AI adoption, productivity gains, and business impact across teams.
• Reinforce AI governance, privacy, and security guidelines.
