About This Role

This role is responsible for executing Intersect’s AI roadmap, ensuring that we are effectively leveraging artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage. The AI Solutions Architect will serve as the central point of contact for AI initiatives, partnering across the business to embed emerging technologies and best practices into day‑to‑day operations. We are seeking a hands‑on leader with a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills who can translate the potential of AI into measurable business outcomes.

Team Overview

The AI Solutions Architect will report to the Head of Corporate Technology and serve as the primary advisor for AI‑related initiatives across the company. This role requires close collaboration with leaders across all departments, as well as partnership with the IT and Data Product teams within Corporate Technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI tool discovery and vendor evaluation efforts across the evolving AI ecosystem, including LLMs, productivity tools, automation platforms, and industry‑specific applications. Conduct due diligence, manage vendor relationships, and recommend solutions that align with business goals, security standards, and technical infrastructure.
• Partner cross‑functionally with departments to identify opportunities for AI integration within workflows and business processes. Gather business requirements, recommend scalable solutions, develop implementation plans, and collaborate with technical teams to align supporting data infrastructure and systems.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including responsible AI policies, prompting standards, data privacy guidelines, and best practices to ensure secure, compliant, and effective AI adoption across the organization.
• Act as an internal AI advocate by promoting awareness, sharing successful use cases, developing enablement materials, and helping teams build confidence and excitement around AI technologies.
• Drive organizational change management efforts by identifying adoption challenges, gathering employee feedback, and partnering with Talent Development and Employee Engagement teams to deliver targeted training programs and support resources.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in technology program management, product management, technology strategy, solutions architecture, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent practical experience operating in technical environments is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of the modern AI and data landscape, including familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, APIs, automation tools, analytics platforms, and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business teams by translating business needs into technical requirements and communicating complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills with a collaborative and solutions‑oriented mindset.

Total Rewards

Total Compensation: $188,000 - $195,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD)
