CongruentX in the Tampa area is seeking an early-career AI solution professional to learn fast and build real AI solutions that matter for customers.

You'll work with senior leaders to design demos, prototypes, and working AI solutions, support pre-sales strategy and proof-of-concepts, and help transform business processes. No endless PowerPoints; outcomes matter here.

This is ideal for graduates who are smart, curious and hungry to grow into AI solution consulting and leadership roles.

The Role:

This is not a “watch from the sidelines” role. We are not traditional consulting. No endless PowerPoints. No protecting billable hours. We focus on Outcomes: Humans + AI. Outcome-based. Faster. Better. Most cost effective. Your job is to learn fast, work hard, and build real AI solutions that matter for our customers.

You’ll work alongside senior leaders to help Customers modernize CRM platforms, deploy AI agents, and transform how work gets done. You’ll support AI agent and workflow design, pre-sales strategy and solution development, customer demos and proof-of-concepts, and business process transformation. You’ll build demos, prototypes, and real AI solutions, not just talk about them. You’ll also create reusable assets and playbooks that make our delivery scalable. You’ll get real exposure to enterprise AI transformation and a clear career path into AI Solution Consulting, Architecture, and Leadership.

A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate who is early in their career and obsessed with AI. You are naturally curious about AI, automation, and emerging technology. You are strong analytically and able to break down complex business problems into clear, solvable pieces. You are comfortable working directly with senior leaders and Customers, and you’re excited to build demos, prototypes, and working solutions. You use AI tools every day and are eager to go deeper. Internships, class projects, and things you’ve built on your own count. You do not need years of experience. You do need to be smart, curious, and hungry to build.
