Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) seeks an AI Strategy Director to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI strategy engagements, guiding clients from opportunity identification through deployment and optimization.

You will translate complex AI concepts into executive-level decisions, supervise cross-functional teams, and advance the firm’s AI capabilities through thought leadership and business development. This role requires strong client relationships and risk-aware program oversight.

Qualifications

6 years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements from opportunity identification through deployment.
Translate AI concepts into executive-level insights for clients.
Align AI initiatives with business strategy, risk, regulatory requirements, and organizational readiness.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite).
Oversee planning and delivery of multiple AI engagements, ensuring quality outcomes.
Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Monitor engagement risks and mitigation strategies.
Develop and advance AI frameworks and thought leadership for business growth.
