Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the architecture and development of AI-powered products, delivering business value through responsible, scalable solutions.

You will design full-stack applications, partner with product and business leaders, and apply AI and automation to transform processes, products, and services. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI and software projects with hands-on AI tools and services such as BedRock, Anthropic, Azure, and others.
• Cloud-native architecture and distributed systems experience.
• APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, and scalable app architectures.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business challenges with structured analysis and practical solutions.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, and tech teams to align priorities and deliver.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical architect for multiple AI projects, owning end-to-end design across the full stack—data, models, backend services, APIs, front-end experiences, and cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with product owners to shape the AI architecture and roadmap, prioritize work by value, and steward the lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure measurable business value.
• Think broadly about how AI and automation can reinvent processes; collaborate across teams to explore possibilities, ideate, and prototype.
• Develop full-stack AI and Automation solutions, set technical direction via working code, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.
• Identify technical, delivery, and adoption challenges early and craft strategies to optimize costs and risks.
• Communicate ideas and listen across technical and non-technical audiences; provide updates and seek feedback.
• Grow the knowledge of team members and foster continuous learning and professional development.
• Track emerging AI technologies and advocate for adoption where value is created.
