Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to join the AI Innovation & Design team. You will lead the architecture and development of AI-powered products that deliver business value through scalable, responsible solutions, designing full‑stack applications and partnering with product and business leaders.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise and strategic thinking, thriving in ambiguity, and a passion for solving complex problems while driving

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI and software projects with hands-on AI tools/services (BedRock, Anthropic, Azure).
• Cloud-native architecture and distributed systems experience.
• API design, integrations, event-driven systems, scalable architectures.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business challenges with structured analysis.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, product and technical teams to align priorities.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical architect for multiple AI projects, owning end-to-end design across data, models, backend services, APIs, front-end experiences, and cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with product owners to shape AI architecture and roadmap, prioritize by value, and steward lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Proactively identify challenges and develop strategies to optimize costs and risks.
• Develop full-stack AI and automation solutions with reference architectures and reusable design patterns.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team knowledge; foster continuous learning.
• Track emerging AI technologies and advocate for adoption where value is created.
