Job summary

Responsibilities

Job description

Solü Technology Partners is seeking a Solution Architect (GenAI) to help guide the evolution of engineering practices toward GenAI-enabled development. This role focuses on architecture patterns and practices that integrate AI capabilities into developer workflows, tools, pipelines, and platforms.

The Solution Architect will work closely with engineering, Enterprise Architecture (EA), platform engineering, and security teams to guide technical decisions, support implementation, and promote consistent, scalable development practices across cloud and other technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide the adoption of GenAI-enabled engineering practices, including AI coding tools, code generation, and intelligent automation.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including security scanning, compliance checks, and quality controls.
• Guide the integration and standardization of developer tools, platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
• Provide architecture guidance for Azure, co-location, and mainframe environments.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through production.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, platform engineering, and security teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Develop and refine solution architectures that meet business needs and support scalable technology solutions.
• Evaluate technical approaches, explain trade-offs, and help resolve architecture issues.
• Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve engineering practices and the developer experience.
• Follow applicable risk, regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant work experience, or a combined minimum of nine years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience with GenAI, AI-assisted software development, AI coding tools, or intelligent automation.
• Experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or software delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, developer tools, or software development workflows.
• Experience with APIs, application integration, and modern development platforms.
• Experience with Azure, cloud technologies, or integration across different technology environments.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with multiple programming languages.
• Experience developing and integrating applications using software architecture principles and patterns.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions, compare approaches, and communicate technical trade-offs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to research and apply modern technology trends to technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or banking technology.
• Experience in two or more technical roles related to banking technical design.
• Experience preparing and delivering technical or enterprise-level presentations.
