AI Solution Architect

Role Overview

This organization is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead the solution architecture connecting bookkeeping, virtual assistants, and AI-enabled servicing experiences. The successful candidate will align artificial intelligence initiatives across servicing and operations teams while defining the architecture for future operations and workstation experiences. This role involves designing reusable services, components, and integration patterns, bridging backend bookkeeping capabilities with consistent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture connecting bookkeeping, virtual assistants, and AI-enabled servicing experiences.
• Bring together artificial intelligence initiatives across servicing and operations teams.
• Identify and design reusable services, components, and integration patterns.
• Partner with adoption teams on virtual assistant and related solutions.
• Define conceptual operations and workstation architectures leveraging Micro Front Ends and modern web frameworks.
• Connect backend bookkeeping capabilities with intuitive, consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate across teams to simplify complexity and drive toward common architecture and reusable solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in solution architecture across complex enterprise platforms and a strong track record of driving collaborative technical solutions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Generative and Multimodal AI architectures, AI model development, enterprise data integration, and modern user interface architecture including Micro Front Ends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting development support systems.
• Background in user experience architecture and design.
