Job summary

Qualifications

• Attorneys must be admitted to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice and in good standing.
• Must be registered and in good standing to practice before the USPTO.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience practicing patent law, especially in complex software, and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Excellent written and oral communications and judgment are essential.
• Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
• Patent prosecution experience with an emphasis on AI, software and related CS areas.
