Job summary

Qualifications

• Bar admission in the jurisdiction where applying and in good standing.
• Registered and in good standing to practice before the USPTO.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience practicing patent law focused on software and AI.
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication and judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Self-starter with strong workload prioritization under pressure.
• Patent prosecution experience focused on AI, software and computer science.
