Job summary

Precision Solutions is seeking an AI Software Developer for a highly sensitive government project based at Fort Meade, MD. The role emphasizes building AI-enabled software, REST APIs, and data processing pipelines for NSA-related work.

You'll collaborate with researchers and engineers, implement automated testing and CI/CD, and contribute to scalable, secure software in a hybrid full-time environment with active TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or a related field; four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience building REST APIs, backend and frontend components.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment.
• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and Researchers.
• Strong debugging, testing, and scalable software design fundamentals.
• Ability to operate in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-quality AI software.
• Develop REST APIs, backend services, frontend apps, and internal tooling.
• Collaborate with Researchers and Data Scientists to operationalize AI models and workflows.
• Build and maintain AI architecture components and testing frameworks.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and cross-environment operations.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and QA processes.
• Document architecture, APIs, deployment procedures, and guidance.
