Job summary

Accurate Systems Engineering in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a skilled AI/ML engineer to design, develop, and deploy models for automation and robotics, including machine vision and 3D mapping. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems, ensuring scalable deployments, while tuning models and building robust data architectures with SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and Talend.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building ML models using TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming ability in Python, Java, C, Bash, VBA, or R for analytics.
• Hands-on experience with AWS to deploy and manage scalable AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and related tools for large-scale processing.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL is a plus.
• Understanding of NLP methods for conversational agents or language understanding systems.
• Experience in data mining, analytics, and supervised/unsupervised learning.
• US citizenship is required.
• Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts related to emerging AI research is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for automation and robotics use cases such as machine vision, 3D mapping, and vision-guided robotics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into existing systems and ensure smooth, scalable implementation.
• Refine models through hyperparameter tuning, training, and validation to improve accuracy and performance.
• Create resilient database structures and scalable data architectures using SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and Talend for big data workflows.
• Apply natural language processing techniques to build intelligent language understanding applications and improve user experiences.
• Monitor deployed AI models, assess performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement using analytics tools such as Looker.
