Job summary

Hidani Tech in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a full-time AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent systems aligning with business goals.

You will research algorithms, build neural networks, preprocess data, and evaluate models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into production while maintaining code quality and staying current with AI advances.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, including data structures and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition for model development, evaluation, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python, Java, or C++) and version control tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets, build end-to-end ML pipelines, and deploy models to production environments (cloud or on-premises).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
