Job summary

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founders and our existing technical team to develop new features, improve the platform and introduce intelligent automation.

What You'll Be Working On

• AI-powered functionality: Develop and integrate AI agents and intelligent workflows to automate platform processes.
• Deal Requirements Board: Help build a new feature that enables real estate professionals to post, search and receive relevant transaction opportunities, including AI-assisted data extraction and matching.
• Full-stack development: Support improvements and new functionality across our existing web application.
• Matching and search: Enhance the way brokers discover relevant professionals, opportunities and services.
• Workflow automation: Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Platform optimization: Assist with troubleshooting, testing, integrations and ongoing performance improvements.
• Product innovation: Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that improve the user experience.

What We're Looking For

Essential capabilities:

• Strong practical experience with AI technologies, LLMs and API integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building web applications.
• Understanding of full-stack development, databases and REST APIs.
• Experience developing AI agents, automation tools or intelligent workflows.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and collaborate with other developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and the ability to work independently.
• A portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating real projects.

Highly desirable:

• Experience with Django and React or comparable frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI development frameworks.
• Knowledge of data extraction, document processing, semantic search or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Cursor or Claude Code.
• Interest in PropTech, SaaS platforms or early-stage startups.
