Aquent is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications for the financial services space. You will work with modern ML techniques, generative AI, and agent frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, data science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of software development experience.
• 2+ years building AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
• Experience REST APIs and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and services with high quality and reliability.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs to create features.
• Develop AI agents, workflows, prompts, tools, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Build robust APIs, microservices, and backend services for AI workloads.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance, quality, cost, and latency.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, and observability solutions for AI apps.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance controls.
