Job summary

Aquent Talent partners with a leading financial technology organization in the United States to hire a hands‑on QA Engineer focused on AI applications, ML systems, AI agents, and generative AI solutions. You will own end‑to‑end testing, build robust automation, and ensure safety, accuracy, and performance of AI services for millions of users.

Collaborate with AI developers, architects, security teams, and product owners to design tests, validate model outputs, and drive CI/CD quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3–6 years in software testing, QA automation, or quality engineering.
• Experience building automated test solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with API testing and automation tools.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD understanding.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JUnit / PyTest, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies for AI applications, platforms, and services.
• Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, safety, consistency, and reliability.
• Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance tests for AI solutions.
• Create test cases for prompt-driven, agentic, and retrieval-based AI workflows.
• Build automated test frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Test AI agents, APIs, and complex system integrations with enterprise services.
• Verify performance, scalability, and reliability of AI workloads with load testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and security for quality feedback.
