Job summary

Resonate AI is hiring software engineers to build superhuman conversational AI for healthcare, starting with large Dental Groups. The role is in-person in the Financial District of San Francisco, with base compensation between $130k and $200k plus equity (0.2%–1%).

You will join a fast-growing startup with strong investor backing and direct exposure to customers and the founder. You will work with LLMs, the Node/NestJS backend stack, React/NextJS, and deploy end-to-end AI experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience building and shipping products at scale.
• Proven backend shipping track record with high quality.
• Ambition to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Work with leading LLMs to build conversational AI experiences for patients.
• Build and deploy the platform from the ground up, working directly with customers.
• Solve complex conversational AI workflows.
