Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and elevate our social presence for ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative. You’ll manage content across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord, while partnering with AI teams to capture product moments and produce native social assets.

You’ll write sharp platform-native copy, plan calendars, and analyze performance to guide growth. This hands-on role blends content strategy, editing, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company.
• Ability to do lightweight video editing and format content for different platforms.
• Proven ability to write sharp, platform-native copy across major social channels.
• Fluency in social analytics and translating insights into content decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for ElevenCreative and ElevenLabs, plus Discord community, from planning through publishing.
• Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture product moments and adapt them into social-ready assets.
• Record and edit content yourself using Screen Studio, adding text and motion overlays for native formatting.
• Own and grow the Discord community, sparking conversation and surfacing feedback.
• Plan and execute social content around product launches, feature releases, and company moments.
• Collaborate with creator partnerships and community teams to source creator work and amplify content.
• Monitor platform analytics, track engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions; refine strategy accordingly.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural moments to identify brand opportunities.
• Raise the brand voice and quality across channels with a consistent identity.
• Manage community engagement across platforms, respond to comments, surface feedback, and join conversations.
• Develop and iterate on content formats that showcase product capabilities to creators and marketers.
