Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a candidate to validate and enable ML workflows built on high-fidelity simulation data within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will operate at the intersection of FEA, data preparation, and AI model validation, ensuring historical simulation datasets are accurate and production-ready for machine learning.

The role involves working in GUI-driven workflows on cloud HPC environments to execute, validate, and transform simulation outputs into structured datasets for

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace/Applied Physics/Computational Engineering.
• 0–3+ years of experience in simulation, CAE, or engineering software environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one FEA tool.
• Strong knowledge of finite element fundamentals, boundary conditions, meshing, and solver behavior.
• Experience working with engineering datasets and structured data.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate physics-based simulations on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Review historical FEA datasets for boundary conditions, mesh quality, and material consistency.
• Transform simulation outputs into structured datasets for ML training.
• Perform regression and validation testing on workflows and datasets.
• Compare simulations against gold standards to ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure high-quality training data pipelines.
• Support surrogate model development by validating ML predictions against physics.
• Document test methodologies and data preparation workflows.
